Q. What are the benefits of becoming a Member of the Skincare Club at Bliss Facial Spa?
A.  Members receive discounted prices on spa services and earn points that may be used to discount future purchases. Generally the discount is at least $20 on Skincare and Member will also get an additional $10 off of the Member price of a 2nd service of $49 or more in the same month.

Q. I understand I get loyalty points when I am a Member. How do the loyalty points work?
A.  Points are earned the following ways:

  • Pre-booking appointments = 10 pts
  • Referring new guests = 50 pts
  • Facial Enhancements/Upgrades = 5 pts every $10 spent
  • Retail purchases = 10 pts for purchasing a new retail product
  • Retail purchases = 5 pts for every $10 spent
  • Retail/service purchases – 25 pts if total exceeds $100

(100pts = $10 discount)

Q. What other benefits are there?
A.  Members receive free services periodically, keep an eye on our newsletters, and also get periodic discounts on our products. We also like to acknowledge our Members’ birthdays and also during the holidays.

Q. Can I share my membership with someone else?
A. Memberships are non-transferable.

Q. What if I would like to come in more often than once a month?
A. It is advisable to come in more than once a month to keep your skin looking its best. Each facial in addition to your monthly facial will be discounted $10, another perk to your membership! This makes it even more affordable to LOVE YOUR FACE!!

Q. What if I’m not able to make it in for a monthly service?
A. Our membership program was designed so that your skin may improve from consistent, professional skin care services. Missing a month will reduce the overall appearance and health of your skin. But the good news is that your prepaid services never expire.  You can roll them forward and use them towards higher services or other services in the spa such as massage, nails, hair, etc.

Q: What happens if I cancel my appointment?
A: Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment to avoid charges. Repeated No-shows can result in your monthly facial being forfeited.

Q: What If I’m late for my appointment?
A: In order to begin relaxing for your treatment, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you’re appointment may or may not be accommodated the same day. If your late arrival time affects the next appointment’s start time your appointment may need to be rescheduled at a later date.

Q. What if I want to cancel my membership?
A. We understand that circumstances change, therefore membership may be cancelled at any time with at least a 30 day notice and must be in writing. Membership CAN be put on hold, frozen, months skipped, etc. for certain circumstances, i.e. going out of town, in between jobs, etc. Freezing, rather than cancelling your membership will save your loyalty points. However, a membership can not be cancelled and restarted more than twice a year. All loyalty points and member perks/discounts are forfeited when a membership is cancelled.
